Our true core advantages include: in-house smelting of aluminum billets, enabling better dimensional control; precision deep processing of aluminum profiles, which allows us to machine extruded parts into seamless, warp‑free, sturdy frames with joint tolerances of less than 0.1 mm.
Proprietary Magnetic Backing Lamination: This is our core secret. We apply the ferromagnetic layer onto the tempered glass entirely in-house using eco-friendly, low-VOC adhesives (REACH & RoHS certified). This ensures every square inch holds magnets firmly, without bubbles or delamination – even after years of daily cleaning.
Rigid Incoming Inspection: Every batch of tempered glass from our partners undergoes our own flatness and edge-work inspection before it enters our lamination line. We don't compromise on substrate quality.
